Depending on the requirements the transport must meet and the layout of the line, proven transport systems are used by de KLOKSLAG. Moreover, what has to be transported determines which system is used.
Depending on the line capacity it is considered each time whether to use the cheaper pneumatic drives or the more advanced drives with regulated electric motor or servo drive.
The same consideration is made for “open” execution (manual cleaning) or “closed” CIP-cleanable execution.
With regard to the choice of transporting cheese, KLOKSLAG's preference is to transport cheese using brine flow. Indeed, without the intervention of conveyors, a cheese, from the cheese vessel, should be brought into the preserving environment of the brine as quickly as possible.
